Anxiety is a protective emotion that may come up when we're doing something new and different.

Our mind is trying to look after us, to warn us of the 'potential danger' as it doesn't know yet how to navigate through a novel experience.

Let's give our mind some time to grow comfortable, feel safe, taking solace in the fact that our mind is doing nothing but trying to protect us.
